Balsam Hill is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of key ecommerce and strategic initiatives over a three-month period. This part-time, interim role is ideal for a flexible and organised professional who can manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones across digital and business transformation projects.

This position reports to the General Manager and Business Lead, Europe. This is a part-time (32 hrs/wk), hybrid in-office position located in our Dublin office, which will require you to work three days in-office (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday).

What You'll Do

Coordinate and track progress across ecommerce and strategic project initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
Support project leads by preparing updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
Manage meeting schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and IT, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Assist with timelines, communication, and implementation of new tools or workflows.
Maintain project trackers, budgets, and performance dashboards.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Strategic Projects team as needed.

What You Bring To The Table

Interest in and/or exposure to project coordination, eCommerce operations, or supporting cross-functional business initiatives through internships, coursework, or relevant experience.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project management tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Jira).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to adapt quickly within a fast-paced, changing environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage workload effectively within part-time hours.
Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions
