TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Dublin 6.
Job Type: Temporary 3 month initial contract
Full time - 9-5 Monday to Friday
Pay rate: €17.04 - €26.52 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Responsibilities
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
* Handle telephone inquiries and provide information as required.
* Support the team with administrative tasks and general office duties.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
* Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Experience in minute taking during meetings and dictaphone typing is desirable but not required.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience is desirable.
