Financial Support Specialist
A leading business is seeking an experienced Financial Support Specialist to join their team.

* Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
* Process supplier invoices and manage monthly payment runs
* Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records
* Process interdepartmental invoices and allocate costs to relevant cost centres
* Analyse and prepare employee expenses and reconcile discrepancies
* Compile and analyse monthly KPIs to aid decision-making
* Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals and prepayments
* Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and ensure accurate asset valuation
* Prepare and submit VAT returns and other regulatory documents
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide financial insights
* Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations and perform stock control/reporting tasks
About You:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar financial support role
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
