Job TitleSalesforce Senior IT SpecialistOverviewThe University of Limerick is implementing Salesforce CRM to build stronger relationships with students by managing interactions and data throughout their journey, from first enquiry to graduation and beyond. The Salesforce Senior IT Specialist will provide technical leadership and ownership for the implementation, adoption and support of the CRM during the University’s transition from incumbent systems to Salesforce. The role will ensure CRM capabilities are fully available and utilized, enabling a seamless applicant journey, improved data flow, and enhanced decision‑making.
