Job Role Overview
Seeking a skilled process specialist to support the smooth operation of our workshop activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding and awareness, with excellent administration abilities and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate job packs for quality control, ensuring timely completion and submission of all necessary documents.
2. Maintain accurate records of technician time allocation and raise queries as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
3. Develop quotations for workshop jobs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
4. Manage customer inquiries regarding invoices in an efficient manner.
5. Process claim returns/queries efficiently while adhering to established timelines.
The successful applicant will be required to:
The role requires daily participation in WIP meetings.
The position offers flexibility through CSR support during holidays or absence. The ambassadorial aspect involves actively promoting adherence to established processes,
eternally sharing knowledge on correct procedure use;
external collaboration by identifying trends hindering efficiency using data interpretation tools; becoming adept at working under pressure due
to meeting deadlines repeatedly exposed regularly initially able reliable seeker.
