You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, development, and retention while actively supporting employee relations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.The Role:The HR Administrator will act as a trusted advisor to business managers, delivering proactive support and solutions in all areas of HR. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management, this role ensures the smooth operation of HR processes while driving engagement and compliance across the business.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:Recruit, select, and onboard high-calibre candidates within defined timelines to meet business needsEnsure a smooth onboarding process for all new employees, promoting a positive start to their journey with SHPTalent Management:Identify, retain, and develop talent through the use of supporting programmes and initiativesAssist with the implementation of an Employee Performance Appraisal System across all departmentsEmployee Relations:Support employee relations matters in collaboration with the HR Business Partner and Operations ManagementProvide guidance to department managers on addressing substandard performance, ensuring adherence to HR policies and proceduresPolicy Development and Compliance:Assist in policy development and documentation, ensuring compliance with employment legislationMonitor employee safety, welfare, and wellness, driving initiatives to enhance workplace well-beingRetention and Engagement:Implement and maintain staff retention policies and practices to enhance employee engagementDevelop and administer employee reward and recognition programmes to foster a positive work environmentHR Systems and Reporting:Maintain and update HR-related IT systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsGenerate payroll data for joiners, leavers, and changes in alignment with the payroll scheduleCommunication and Strategy:Aid in developing and implementing internal communication strategies and plansCollaborate with managers to align HR practices with business objectivesAdditional Duties:Liaise with key stakeholders to support operational needs and ensure HR alignment with business goals.Undertake other duties as assigned to support the HR function.RequirementsEssential Criteria:Experience in a fast paced administrative roleStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with employees at all levelsProficiency in MS Office programsFlexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience adapting to change within an organisationBenefitsBenefits of Working with SHP:At Sky Handling Partner, our benefits are designed to support your financial and personal well-being while creating a positive team culture where every contribution is celebrated.
