Key Responsibilities
* Supporting our strategy and collaborating with business units to meet their needs, including reporting on a regular basis to provide meaningful metrics.
* Forging relationships with unit leads to provide support and coaching as needed, advising on compliance matters and policies.
* Working closely with units and finance teams on compensation and benefits areas, including annual salary reviews, benefit updates, and ongoing operational payroll work.
* Project lead on our performance management process, including salary benchmarking, system review, and coaching on same.
You will work closely with the Director regarding our performance management system and business planning, empowering employees to 'own their future'. Liaise with units regarding succession planning and ongoing talent acquisition needs. Support the wider team in overall talent acquisition operations.
The role involves managing the complete employee life cycle, including all requirements, with administrative support provided by a Consultant. Involvement in projects.
