Job Title: Parts Support Specialist
About the Role:
This is a permanent position working onsite in Limerick, Monday to Friday. The salary is up to €32K per annum, depending on candidate skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving Stock Efficiency: Receive and verify stock deliveries, accurately store stock items in designated locations, ensure timely ordering from suppliers, maintain updated sales documentation and handle transactions according to company policy.
* Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver parts to both internal and external customers promptly, liaise with Parts Manager for regular stock movement updates, assist with marketing initiatives and merchandising displays, and provide guidance to junior staff as needed.
* Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate closely with Parts Manager, Service Staff, Sales Staff, and Administration Staff to maximize profitability and maintain optimal stock levels.
* Adherence to Company Policies: Ensure all records are completed accurately and timely, place orders promptly, and deal with customer inquiries and deliveries efficiently and courteously.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in the motor industry or relevant field would be advantageous.
* An initiative-taking professional with strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, able to work effectively within a team environment.
