Service Delivery Director
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Delivery Director to oversee daily operations in a busy 66-bedroom property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments, working closely with the Operations Director on strategic planning.
This is a full-time position working 45 hours per week over 7 days including weekends and public holidays.
Main Responsibilities:
* To oversee daily hotel operations ensuring excellent guest experience at all times.
* Work with the Operations Director on budget management, targets, and strategic planning.
* Lead departmental managers and staff supporting training and development.
* Drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing teams.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety HACCP standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a similar 3*/4* hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of food & beverage sales/events and hotel systems.
* Proven track record in people management and achieving operational targets.
* Excellent communication organisation and leadership skills.
