We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Car Sales Executive. As a key player in the used car sales division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Targets:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue.
o Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
o Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
* Sales Process Management:
o Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
o Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
o Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
**Requirements:
* Must have proven experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Valid full and clean driver's license.
