Role Overview
You'll be helping to keep our office running smoothly, managing bookkeeping tasks, and assisting with customer and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and would like to be part of a small, friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
Assisting with VAT returns, payroll preparation, and accounts queries
Handling phone calls, emails, and welcoming customers
Scheduling jobs and maintaining records
Providing general office and administrative support
Requirements
Experience in bookkeeping/accounts (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a small team and independently
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
