Pharmaceutical Operations Co-Ordinator Job Description
This role involves managing preventative maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Service coordination; organizing maintenance visits for laboratory equipment.
* Vendor hosting - support as the dedicated point of contact for onsite services, managing permits and supporting service engineers during service visits.
* Customer POC - first point of contact for the customer for any scheduling or operational queries. Attend operational calls, customer meetings and manage a high volume of emails.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification (science background a plus).
* Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
