Lean Practitioner
We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You'll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies.
What you'll do:
1. Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
2. Eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles
3. Coach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practices
4. Partner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels
What we're looking for:
6. Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
7. Proven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation background
8. Lean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
9. Skilled in Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, etc.)
10. Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication abilities
