Product quality leader

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Quality Professional to lead our Quality Management System, working closely with R&D and Process Engineering teams to support product development and process improvements.

* Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, MDR), and leading equipment, process, and product validations.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in root cause analysis, non-conformance management, and implementing effective corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Additional responsibilities include supporting internal and supplier audits, managing customer complaints, and providing day-to-day quality support for manufacturing operations.

* A degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality excellence.
* Familiarity with medical device regulations and industry standards is essential for success in this role.
