HRM is hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a massive, high-impact system integration project for a major private enterprise operating globally across Ireland and the US.Because our client operates on a highly unique, entirely bespoke technical architecture using a jBase language framework, this is not a standard out-of-the-box implementation. We need a strategic leader with a strong business background who can bridge the gap between complex technical delivery and business readiness, helping shape what "good looks like" for the organization.ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of a large-scale enterprise system integration project, ensuring alignment across multiple international teams (US and Ireland).Business Readiness & Coaching: Guide, train, and coach Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) through the transformation process, ensuring business processes are optimized and teams are ready for adoption.Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the strategy for testing phases, defect management, and training, establishing high standards for delivery.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for the program, reporting directly to the Head of Global Systems and collaborating closely with cutting-edge external vendors, including Palantir for AI integrations.ExperienceStrong Business Background: Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations (SAP or Oracle is highly acceptable) with a heavy focus on business transformation, change management, and operations rather than just technical infrastructure.Bespoke System Experience: Comfortable working within complex, highly customized environments.
