Field Sales/Business Development Role
Location: Remote: Midlands/Dublin
Job Type: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and driven person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our wide range of products to commercial customers. Experience in the Gate Automation/Electrical Wholesale industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
Key responsibilities:
· Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
· Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
· Make telephone calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
· Site visits for advice and problem solving;
· Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
· Meeting regular sales targets and co-ordinating sales projects;
· Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends;
· Personal attributes:
· Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills linked to well-developed presentation skills.
· High level drive and motivation to excel in technical sales environment with Global leader.
· Ability to develop strong customer relationships along with excellent customer service skills.
· Strong problem solving skills to help customers solve day to day problems / challenges within the industry.
· Commercial awareness
· Willing to travel regularly including overnight stays
· Full clean ROI driving license.
· Experience in a similar role and/or industry preferred but not essential

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
