Executive Kitchen Team Member
We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Executive Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. As an integral part of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with the overall management of the kitchen.
Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the production of exceptional food quality in assigned sections at all times.
* Coordinate and supervise other team members in assigned sections.
* Prepare and garnish food orders according to menu specifications.
* Ensure proper plate presentation and maintain high food standards.
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie within a food service environment.
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
* Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
* Good command of the English language.
