State Street seeks to recruit a GCS Compliance Assurance Analyst responsible for responding to violations or failures to comply with cyber/information security policies at State Street. This team collaborates with various internal teams to resolve and recover from business process breaks and gaps. The position requires analytical skills, critical thinking, strong written and verbal communication, creativity, quick reaction, interview experience, and technical expertise to safeguard the bank’s assets. What You Will Be Responsible For
As a GCS Compliance Assurance Analyst, you will:
1. Analyze referred incidents for potential business process breaks and gaps.
2. Review analysis reports that define risks associated with identified process breaks and gaps.
3. Develop and maintain documentation needed for presentation to senior leadership.
4. Assist with complex case work as needed.
5. Coordinate notifications to managers and employees regarding identified business process breaks/gaps.
6. Prepare presentation slides and reports on identified issues.

* 3-5+ years of experience with project management tools, incident management, and availability management.
* 2-4+ years of information security administration experience.
