Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering training related services to meet Business Unit requirements. This includes supporting employee training and development by assisting in the implementation of training programs and assessments.
Additionally, this role will support our remote recruitment team by strengthening our local presence in the labour market, assisting in candidate sourcing, application reviews, vacancy postings and attending recruitment events.
* Assist with the development of best-in-class recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Source candidates through various channels, including job portals and networking events.
* Post job vacancies and manage applications.
* Review applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
* Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential candidates.
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and ensure local hiring initiatives align with business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A degree in education, human resources, business management, or a related field.
* Train the Trainer Qualification i.e. Level 6 Training & Evaluation
* At least 3 years of experience in a training related role.
* Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Sound IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office package.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
