This role involves strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring customers continue to derive value from the NOW Platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in new business pipeline generation, preferably over the phone within an enterprise setting. Collaboration with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and others is essential to exceed quotas and develop future sales talent.
What you will do:
* Meet or exceed sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Manage sales opportunities and relationships over the phone with influential contacts in Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts.
* Understand organizational business drivers, challenges, and pain points; align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
* Develop new opportunities and pipelines within key verticals.
* Follow the Value Selling process to win new business, expand existing accounts, and renew contracts.
* Coordinate with team members and resources like Solution Consultants, Customer Service, and Partners to advance sales cycles.
* Provide accurate forecasts, territory plans, and strategic account plans to management.
* Achieve KPIs such as prospect meetings, pipeline growth, bookings, and renewal rates.
* Mentor team members and participate in collaborative projects to add value.
* Travel occasionally for training and meetings.
Qualifications:
* Experience with AI integration into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI-powered tools, automation, or insights.
* Proven success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales.
* 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience in software or solutions sales.
* Experience selling enterprise solutions via phone and video conferencing.
* Fluent in French and Arabic.
* Understanding of complex sales processes and ability to navigate sales cycles.
* Knowledge of sales automation, ERP, or IT infrastructure management technologies is a plus.
* Web-based presentation skills are advantageous.
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
* Dependable with attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
