About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Internal Sales Advisors
to join our Internal Sales team in Swords, Dublin. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, process orders efficiently, and support sales initiatives while maintaining the highest level of customer service. This role combines elements of customer service, telesales, and account management, offering excellent opportunities for career growth.

General Accountabilities:

* Serve as the first point of contact for all customer queries.
* Process customer orders within agreed timescales and issue relevant paperwork for sign-off..
* Collate inter - company orders and liaise with other branches to ensure smooth service.
* Manage eliminated and inactive codes in coordination with the re - order team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
* Meet and/or exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Participate in training opportunities and professional development initiatives.
* Promote company and product awareness through grassroots marketing, online resources, and social media.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

* Minimum 1 year experience in sales, telesales, or account management.
* Proven success in direct outbound sales and lead generation; account-based sales experience is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* CRM experience is an advantage.
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales is beneficial.
* Sales training preferred.
* Excellent telephone manner, communication, and organisational skills.
* Leaving Certificate and/or Third Level education desirable.
