OverviewJob Title: BIOMEDICAL SALES EXECUTIVEWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Sales Executive to join our growing team. This dual-function position combines hands-on technical expertise with a commercial mindset to support both our service and sales functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting Electro Medical, Diagnostic, Monitoring and Defibrillator equipment, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across hospitals, HSE facilities and private healthcare providers.ResponsibilitiesBecome technically proficient in the support of our Electro Medical, Diagnostic, Monitoring and Defibrillator equipment (full training provided).Identify potential sales opportunities while assisting in service calls and building client relationships.Collaborate closely with the Service team to promote and demonstrate our medical devices and service plans to healthcare professionals.Provide on-site technical support to hospitals, clinics and private practices, ensuring that all devices are functioning correctly and that medical personnel are confident in their operation.Develop and maintain proficiency in the proprietary software used by our medical devices, and train others in its operation and troubleshooting.Work with the Sales team to create tailored solutions for hospitals, clinics, and private practices.Partner with the Marketing team on promotional campaigns and new product launches.Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and product presentations.Maintain a good understanding of the local healthcare market and uncover new business opportunities (cross/up-selling) within hospitals and medical institutions.Create long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in the biomedical and cardiac departments within the hospital and professional healthcare environment.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Technology, Electronics or a related field.Sales or commercial experience within the Cardiac/medical technology sector is a strong advantage.Good technical documentation and reporting skillsWillingness to travel for on-site service and customer meetings.Valid driver’s license.This role is initially on-site at our premises in Limerick.
