We have exciting plans to expand our team at pace.As a Climate Capital Director the candidate will be responsible for leading out and developing strategy across our activities and will also be an important member of the leadership team. You will have a close working relationship with the Capital Markets teams and Group supports, particularly Credit, Risk and Business Operations.Key accountabilities;Manage an existing portfolio of credit exposures within the credit policy framework of the Bank, coordinating workstreams and allocating staff to ensure best in class portfolio and risk management.Drive the continuous development of process improvement, portfolio insight and efficiency within the business.You will be responsible for identifying market changes and future trends as the Climate Capital portfolio evolves, including market developments, changes to regulation and potential threats to the credit quality of the portfolio.Build appropriate controls and procedures within the business. Drive risk management culture and adherence to codes of conduct, law, and regulation.Lead high engagement levels across the unit.
