We are presently recruiting for an experienced accommodation manager, to oversee our guest facilities and deliver exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor the standard of work within the Accommodation Department, ensuring high-quality services for guests.
* Oversight of bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas daily to ensure they meet AA 5 red star standards.
* Lead and direct a team of accommodation assistants in organizing duties daily.
il Ensure completion of departmental checklists before going off duty.
1. Participate in training and coaching all team members.
2. Liaise with maintenance personnel on issues needing rectification.
3. Maintain high departmental standards according to SOP manual guidelines
