Responsibilities
Prepare and support the development of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor management
Monitor project progress, prepare valuations, and generate cost reports
Support contract administration and commercial reporting
Collaborate with on‑site teams to ensure contractual and financial objectives are met
Requirements
A degree in Quantity Surveying (essential)
3 years’ experience in a civil engineering QS role
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
A proactive, professional approach and willingness to grow
A full, clean driving licence and your own vehicle
