CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we have partnered up with a client who provides community-based emergency accommodation and housing support for individuals seeking international protection and those experiencing homelessness. They are now recruiting a Social Care Leader for their services in Tullamore to manage a team of Social Care Workers and manage the day to day running of the service to ensure residents are in a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment.
The Role:
1. Ensure high-quality, person-centred support aligned with organisational values is delivered by your staff team
2. Manage the day to day running of the service
3. Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff
4. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
5. Contribute to quality, safety, and risk management processes
6. Promote positive relationships with local communities and services
7. Complete staff supervisions.
8. Ensure compliance with the corporate quality/risk management programmes to ensure the continual development of a high-quality evidence-based service
What You'll Need:
9. Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent – care related)
10. Full clean driving licence
11. 3 Years' Experience within a supervisory/ managerial role in Social Care
12. Strong communication and report-writing skills
13. Experience working cross-culturally (refugees/protection applicants desirable)
14. Compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
