Job Overview
This position involves working as part of a technical team to maintain and improve plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the site maintenance team in identifying, analyzing, designing, costing, and implementing preventative maintenance works.
* Completing Gemba walks and designing improvements relating to site PMs for technicians involved in maintenance activities.
* Collecting data to inform the continuous improvement of current utility systems, such as process water, water treatment, and permit systems.
* Supporting plant engineers in completing site surveys during the planning phase of utilities projects or performance contracts.
* Reviewing and analyzing performance specifications for equipment from suppliers and contractors.
* Supporting the team in tender evaluations.
* Performing P&ID drawing reviews and updates.
* Supporting the maintenance team with developing schedules and budgets.
* Supporting the team with developing monitoring and targeting systems and key performance indicators that will assist in delivering and maintaining long-term energy reductions and improvements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Building Services.
* Recently or expected to graduate from the above relevant course.
* Knowledge in energy auditing, energy consumption forecasting, and energy modelling through life cycle and capital cost/benefits analysis.
* Theoretical knowledge of industrial energy systems, including steam, electrical generation and distribution, renewables energy systems, compressed air, refrigeration, and nitrogen generation.
* Positive attitude with ability to communicate across various levels.
* Ability to identify improvements and generate new ideas, with an ability to embrace change.
* Interpersonal skills.

* Excellent IT skills essential.
* Pharmaceutical sector experience desirable.
