Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
Engage with golfers, ensuring they are greeted and their queries are managed effectively.
Ensure the pace of play on the golf course is acceptable for all groups throughout the day.
Ensure all golfers have a pleasant round.
Always carry a walkie‑talkie.
Minimise any delays that arise on the golf course.
Monitor golf‑course rules and etiquette and ensure they are adhered to by all members, guests and groups.
Communicate with the course starter and golf stewards and help them when necessary.
Assist range attendants with range duties when required.
Record any issues occurring each day on the timesheet for reference if incidents arise.
Ensure that all guest expectations are met or exceeded.
Provide The K Club's standards of service to our guests.
Effectively communicate with other teams across the resort to assist with guest satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on guest complaints and compliments.
Report maintenance issues and ensure they are followed up accordingly.
Experience / Qualifications
Previous experience working in Golf Services.
Experience within a 5★ environment is advantageous.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Flexible working hours.
