Dromoland Castle, one of Ireland's most iconic 5-star resorts, is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Full‑Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our prestigious team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a world‑renowned destination, delivering exceptional service across our diverse and luxurious food and beverage outlets. As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of 5-star service across all castle dining outlets. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Management Team to ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of guest service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Support the F&B team in the daily management of operations
Take ownership of specific areas within the department
Deliver service in a hands‑on and proactive manner
Ensure the highest level of personalised guest service
Foster open communication with Senior Management and Department Heads
Lead and conduct regular operational training for team members
Uphold and exceed all service standards in line with 5-star expectations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Available to start immediately
3rd-level qualification in Hotel Management or a related discipline
Proven experience in 4 or 5-star hospitality environments with a strong F&B background
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities
Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for excellence
