The problem Integrity Operations Solutions Team within Problem Integrity Operations mission is to enable Problem Integrity Operations (PIO) teams to better protect people and businesses, and preserve voice and economic opportunity by driving and delivering the common services, initiatives and operational processes that benefit from centralized accountability that elevate our Organisation.We're hiring a Project Manager for the PIO Solutions Workflow Performance and Reliability Team. In this role you will support PIO in running the business more efficiently and effectively by stabilizing the business through business process health support functions by driving programs that enable workflow performance through business operations processes, metrics, and governance.Project Manager, Problem Integrity Solutions Responsibilities:Manage projects end-to-end, including scope definition, workstreams, Milestones, Activities and timelinesCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful program executionIdentify and mitigate risks that could impact program successDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external partnersDevelop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability for Run the Business Support FunctionsCollaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational needsAnalyze program performance, data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsContinuously assess and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years of operations, project or program management experienceExperience independently delivering functional or technical projects or programs from inception to deliveryKnowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scopeExperience leading process improvement projects across a dynamic and cross-functional landscapeDemonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and achieving outcomes in fast paced environmentsAnalytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems or operational processesExperience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zonesPreferred Qualifications:Graduate degree3+ years of experience analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvementExperience working in a technology company or consulting firmAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
