Role Description
This is a full-time Media Effectiveness Director position within a key Global Media Agency in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of media effectiveness, including analysing campaign performance, developing data-driven insights to drive strategy, providing leadership to the team to optimise media investments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will collaborate with key clients and internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness ensuring we correctly identify and then deliver on short-term and long-term goals.
You will proactively identify measurement opportunities and use these to share actionable insights.
You will work within a wider team but also have a key role in shaping and building out this role for future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and optimise clients current marketing & media strategy with a data driven approach
Develop and deploy marketing effectiveness measurement frameworks across key clients and with internal teams
Drive understanding and use of relevant tools within planning teams
Drive continual education of internal teams with regards to effectiveness theory, tools and techniques, and help them integrate these into their planning
Collaborate with account leads and strategy directors to ensure a joined-up effectiveness agenda is in place for your clients
Assist in the design of reports, dashboards, and presentations to support agency and client development
Identify emerging trends, data sets and techniques that can be leveraged to improve current or future activities.
Qualifications
6+ years of media planning, buying, and measurement experience with a strong emphasis on data-driven insights and media analytics
Demonstrated experience in media research and analytics with a deep understanding of media measurement methodologies, including attribution, multi-touch, and media mix modelling
Proven ability to analyse campaign performance, develop key insights, and optimise media investments across various media channels
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to lead and
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to provide guidance and direction to a cross-functional team to optimize media investments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
Experience in the media and advertising industry is a must
Salary from 75K DOE
