Technical Analyst – CRM / Enterprise Systems
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Technical Analyst
to bridge business needs and technical delivery across CRM and enterprise platforms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in
requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are well-defined, scalable, and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead
requirements gathering activities
, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs
* Analyse business processes and translate requirements into
clear functional and technical specifications
* Produce high-quality documentation such as
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappings
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify scope, assumptions, and dependencies
* Support solution design by validating requirements against technical constraints and target architecture
* Collaborate with delivery teams to support
system testing, UAT, and release readiness
* Review and validate implemented solutions against agreed requirements
* Manage requirement changes, traceability, and impact analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis standards, templates, and ways of working
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–3+ years' experience as a Technical Analyst / Business Analyst in a technology environment
* Strong, hands-on requirements gathering experience (essential)
* Proven ability to engage and influence
senior stakeholders
* Experience working on
CRM or customer-centric platforms
(vendor-agnostic; Salesforce not required)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for developers and architects
* Excellent documentation skills and comfort working with complex systems and data flows
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and workshops
* Experience working in
Agile/Scrum delivery environments
* Must be based within a commutable distance to Dublin with the relevant visa in place to start a new role
Nice to Have
* Experience working with
CRM platforms
(e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)
* Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
* Exposure to testing activities (UAT support, requirement validation, defect triage)
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
* (or equivalent professional experience)
