Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage project delivery for small to medium-scale projects involving new or existing equipment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the budget requirements and evaluate technology necessary to meet business objectives.
* Develop and propose strategic options to drive business growth, improvement, and compliance.
* Provide technical support for projects and collaborate with equipment suppliers in negotiation processes.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Utilizing project tools such as URS and Microsoft Project to manage projects effectively.
* Assess and evaluate equipment efficiencies, downtime, and assist in developing maintenance requirements.
* Propose and implement improvement projects to enhance efficiency, yields, and throughputs.
* Identify root causes and implement solutions to equipment and process-related non-conformances using NCMR and CAPA processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field and experience in a relevant engineering role. Prior experience in a GMP environment is highly desirable.
