Your Responsibilities
* Support the Leisure Centre Manager in overseeing the gym during their absence, ensuring seamless daily operations and effective staffing of a safe and well-organized Leisure Centre environment.
* Contribute to employee training and development, employee engagement, and HR matters in conjunction with the Leisure Centre Manager.
* Promote and maintain high standards of operational procedures across all service areas.
* Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Leisure Centre Manager regarding all operational issues.
* Foster sales growth and serve as a role model for exemplary customer service in all interactions.
