Barden is delighted to be working with one of our clients in Cork City to identify an experienced HR Administrator for a six-month contract.
This role offers a great opportunity to join a busy HR function where you will be part of a supportive, energetic team, helping to keep things running efficiently while the wider HR team focuses on key projects.
You will take ownership of the day-to-day HR administration that keeps everything moving - from onboarding and documentation to reporting and employee queries. You'll work closely with the HR Manager and wider team to ensure HR processes run smoothly and consistently.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Coordinating onboarding, interviews, and general recruitment support.
* Maintaining HR records, employee files, and HR systems.
* Assisting with policy updates, reporting, and compliance activities.
* Supporting HR projects focused on engagement, learning, and development.
* Handling queries from employees and managers in a professional, confidential manner.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
* A relevant degree in HR, Business, or a related area.
* At least 2 years experience in HR administration or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and HR systems.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - someone who enjoys getting things done.
* Professional, discreet, and comfortable managing sensitive information.
