Job Title: Senior HR Generalist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation as they look to add a Senior HR Generalist to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR Operations across multiple sites. You will support the wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in driving forward their strategic agenda while providing effective people solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, and hiring coordination.
* Lead onboarding and support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
* Act as the main HR contact for employee queries and provide policy guidance.
* Support managers in policy implementation and resolve employee relations issues.
* Work with site management to identify training needs and career progression opportunities.
* Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports on key metrics.
About You
We are looking for an experienced candidate who has:
* Extensive experience within a similar role.
* A 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
* A CIPD qualification is preferred.
* Strong knowledge and practical experience of Irish employment law and employee relations.
* Experience advising management teams.
