Kerry On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial & Business Development person for their office in Killarney. Our client offers Hire Purchase lending solutions for individuals that want access to motor finance. As the Head of Commercial & Business Development you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's strategic vision and sales initiatives by bringing the business into its next phase of development. Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term commercial strategies to support sustainable growth. Manage revenue targets, forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance metrics. Explore and capitalize on new revenue streams, partnerships, and programme offerings. Leverage advanced data tools and reporting platforms to support your sales strategy. All such reasonable additional tasks that senior management may assign. Requirements: Candidates must have a Primary Degree or equivalent (NFQ Level 8), or Qualified Accountant. Experience in a senior business development or commercial role, ideally within the financial/banking sector. Ability to produce insightful reports and disseminate key information to support decision making. Travel to their dealer network would be required at least one week a month or as needed.
