Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct ongoing monitoring and triage of retail transactions to identify patterns, anomalies, or red flags requiring further review.

* Lead thorough investigations into incidents involving prize claims, customer complaints, internal conduct, and third-party interactions and carry out the interviews.

* Produce comprehensive documentation and investigation reports.

* Chair Fraud Management Council meetings and deliver regular updates on investigations and performance metrics.

* Maintain and enhance investigation processes, contributing to the development of improved fraud monitoring tools and procedures.

Requirements:

* Formal training in investigative and interview techniques is essential.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with operational systems and data.
