Role & Responsibilities: Oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale student accommodation/apartment development Manage multiple site teams, including Site Managers and Engineers Take overall responsibility for programme, cost control, quality, and health & safety Coordinate subcontract procurement, performance, and commercial compliance Work closely with project management, commercial teams, and senior leadership Liaise with clients, design teams, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met Identify and manage project risks, driving solutions and efficiencies Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and company standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on residential, apartment, or student accommodation projects Strong understanding of construction contracts, programming, and commercial management Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams across complex projects Strong commitment to health & safety and quality assurance Relevant construction qualifications and professional certifications Whats on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
