Brief Overview
We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-value, technically complex accounts across Europe. This role blends key account management with targeted new business, working closely with project, commercial, and regional sales teams.
You'll take ownership of significant revenue from day one, with autonomy to grow both established and emerging client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop a portfolio of strategic European accounts
* Drive account growth, retention, and expansion
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing clients
* Act as a technical and commercial advisor to clients
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across regions
* Navigate stakeholders including GCs, subcontractors, and end users
Background
* Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or strategic account management
* Exposure to construction, mission-critical, data centre, or fit-out environments
* Comfortable managing complex, multi-country accounts
* Additional European languages are a strong advantage
