We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Corporate Security Manager (Physical) on a specified purpose contract of 7 years in the Security Division. This role is aligned with the Bank Professional 1 grade and the BP1 salary scale, between €102,493 and €130,335 applies. Click here for further information on our salary scales.
The Senior Corporate Security Manager will lead the Security Work Stream for the future physical infrastructure of the Cash Centre Project (CCP). The role involves collaboration with other Workstream Leads, the Demand Stakeholder Group, and the Bank’s Head of Security.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the Project Security brief, ensuring it aligns with best practices and effectively safeguards the Bank’s people and assets. This includes ongoing threat and risk identification, monitoring emerging trends, and providing regular assessments.
* Lead the planning, tendering, and supervision of security infrastructure for the CCP, coordinating with the Corporate Security Lead and liaising with agencies such as An Garda Síochána and the Defence Forces.
* Support procurement and onboarding of the Physical Security Consultant for the project.
* Provide security input across all CCP work streams, collaborating with the Physical Security Consultant.
* Assist in designing and delivering the Security Operating Model for the new cash centre, fostering strong relationships with Security Operations Managers.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Risk, Information Security, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, and People Directorate to mitigate and resolve security-related risks and incidents.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in delivering security at a senior level within Industry or the Public Sector.
* A minimum of 5 years in senior security and risk management roles, preferably in the public sector.
* Strong knowledge of security legislation, protocols, and policy development. Experience working with multidisciplinary design teams on security projects.
* Excellent relationship management, organizational, and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate a clear vision and purpose.
* Effective influencing, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills in a matrix environment. Confidence in interacting with all levels of the organization and managing challenges assertively.
