While we can't solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we're looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.We're hiring right now for a CRM DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD Search for #Travelport on LinkedIn and hear from our amazing team.How you'll make an impact:We're looking for a CRM & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and drive our global email marketing strategy. This person will be both a hands-on CRM expert and a strategic partner, helping shape how we engage with our audience through data-driven, automated, and personalized marketing campaigns.You'll work closely with the wider marketing, content, design, and paid media teams to ensure HubSpot is used to its full potential — improving adoption, creating efficiencies, and delivering outstanding campaign results.Your role in action:Strategy & Ownership:Lead the development and execution of the global email marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, campaign goals, testing plans, and optimization approaches.Act as the primary owner of the HubSpot CRM platform across the business, ensuring it supports strategic marketing and business objectives.Define and implement segmentation strategies to enable personalized and targeted communications.Campaign Execution:Collaborate with marketing managers, content team, and designers to build and deploy global email campaigns.Set up and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.Create and manage HubSpot assets such as campaigns, forms, landing pages, and event setups.Platform Management:Serve as the go-to technical expert for HubSpot-related troubleshooting, optimization, and integration with other platforms and tools.Maintain CRM data hygiene by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Partner with the Paid Media team to build and refine target audiences within HubSpot.Reporting & Optimization:Own email marketing performance, including A/B testing, reporting, and deriving actionable insights to improve campaign results.Build dashboards and reports to monitor campaign effectiveness and share performance metrics with key stakeholders.Report regularly on campaign performance, both quarterly and per campaign.Collaboration & Training:Train and support marketing team members to increase HubSpot adoption and proficiency, including the creation of process documents and "how-to" guides.Collaborate with internal stakeholders beyond marketing to support broader business initiatives and ensure CRM alignment across departments.Could this be you?Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)Experience in a lead or ownership role.Proven track record inemail marketing strategy, automation, and CRM management.Experience training teams and driving adoptionof marketing technology tools is a plusBachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.A HubSpot certification (e.g., Marketing Hub, Email Marketing, or CRM Implementation) is highly desirable.Discover why our teams love working hereWhere do we start Our benefits package includes:We offer a package that includes 25 days annual leave per annum, plus Christmas working days (office shutdown), hybrid working model, pension contribution, private medical, life assurance and personal travel insurance.
