Leading a team of Residential Field Sales Representatives, you will drive sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Your role demands delivering exceptional results while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver KPIs: Headcount and sales targets must be met.
* Lead by Example: As a role-model, you will consistently perform at the highest level, setting the standard for your team.
* Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and selling techniques to handle objections effectively.
* Hands-on Leadership: This field-based role requires active sales participation, coaching, and supporting team members to achieve their full potential.
* Coaching and Communication: Tailor your approach to maximize team member engagement and learning.
* Client Service Manager Support: Collaborate as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Market Intelligence: Continuously gather insights to capitalize on all opportunities within the team.
* Compliance: Ensure the team conducts compliant activity at all times, adhering to internal, external, and client expectations.


Functional Responsibilities

* Industry Insights: Provide ongoing industry expertise from the field and share it accordingly.
* Client Services Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date information on all client services and activities, keeping the team informed on how to integrate them into presentations to deliver benefits to prospects.
* Professional Representation: Represent the company and clients in a consistently professional manner.
* Recruiting and Onboarding: Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of new staff as required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Leadership Experience: Proven people leadership in a target-driven field environment, including recruitment, induction, personal development, performance management, quality, and compliance.
* Sales Targets Management: Track record of managing teams to sales targets in sales or similarly demanding self-directed settings.
* IT Competence: Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative processes and systems to manage the team.
* Relationship Building: Inherent ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. Articulate and confident communicator with excellent influencing skills and compelling presentation delivery capability.
* Exceptional People Skills: Skilled at balancing direction, accountability, and a framework for success. Exceptional track record of high-quality sales delivery in a field environment.
* Time Management: Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly, and monthly. Work on own initiative and continually improve sales performance.
