About the Role:
This leadership position is now open within a residential care setting supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. The role offers an excellent opportunity for a manager to provide guidance to the care team, ensure compliance with national standards, and contribute to ongoing service development.
Key Requirements:
• A recognised Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Social Care or a related health/social discipline
• At least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Minimum 3 years' experience in health, social care, or voluntary services
• Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in disability support services
• Competency in IT tools including Microsoft Office, Share Point, One Drive, and Teams
• A full driving licence is essential
