Lead Sterile Manufacturing Operations to Meet Global Demand
The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of sterile manufacturing operations, focusing on developing commercial requirements to meet supply chain demand. They will support design, construction, and validation of new manufacturing facilities from the initial project phase through to commercial manufacturing.
This role involves direct leadership over cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes. The candidate will communicate regularly with employees, management, and senior leadership about site performance, plans, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sterile manufacturing strategies to improve quality, safety, and productivity
* Support design, construction, and validation of new manufacturing facilities
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes
* Communicate regularly with employees, management, and senior leadership
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biologics operations
* Expertise in material and process flow knowledge for sterile production
* Experience handling strategic sourcing, negotiation, and risk assessments is highly valued
* Strong knowledge of cGMPs, EU HPRA/US FDA regulations, and industry guidelines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
