Join Our Team as a Sales Manager at The Address Sligo. Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and hospitality? The Address Sligo is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our hotel’s sales performance across multiple segments including corporate rooms, conference facilities, meetings & events, and food & beverage services.
Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy: You will contribute to the development and execution of effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets across all business areas. Implementing creative and data-driven sales plans will be a key part of your role.
* Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and outreach. This includes making cold calls, conducting site visits, and attending industry events to build and expand our client base.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing outstanding service at every stage. You will manage client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and gather feedback to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
* Account Management: Support the strategic management of key accounts while working closely with the wider sales and operations teams to deliver on both client expectations and hotel objectives.
* Brand Standards & Quality Assurance: Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives align with The Address Collective’s brand standards. Maintain the highest levels of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail in all client and partner interactions.
* Communication & Collaboration: Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate with various hotel departments to maximise performance. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
What We’re Looking For
In-depth Knowledge: You should be well-versed in our hotel’s products and services, as well as those of our competitors. A solid understanding of pricing structures, market rates, and seasonal trends is essential to identify opportunities and stay ahead in a competitive market.
