The Digital Marketing Coordinator will deliver digital campaigns, grow online communities, and drive engagement through compelling content.

Reporting to the Supporter Development Manager, and working closely with the Digital Fundraising Lead, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing digital campaigns, expanding online communities, and increasing engagement through various content channels.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Reporting
* Deliver digital marketing campaigns aligned with Pieta’s brand tone and goals, including Meta ads, Google ads, and SEO campaigns.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, collaborating with the Digital Fundraising Lead to optimize campaigns.
* Manage digital campaign budgets and report on key metrics.
* Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR regulations.
Email Marketing
* Execute large-scale email campaigns using automated journeys and audience segmentation from our CRM.
* Collaborate with departments to build campaign-specific audiences and messaging.
* Track analytics, generate performance reports, and work with the team to optimize email campaigns.
Website Management
* Maintain and update the Pieta website and microsites.
* Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and Search Console to analyze website engagement.
* Support backend management and technical updates in collaboration with external developers.
Content & Community Development
* Create engaging, on-brand content for web, email, social media, blogs, and videos.
* Identify content opportunities and trends.
* Build and nurture online communities across platforms.
Brand Stewardship
* Act as a guardian of the Pieta brand and sub-brands, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Support broader digital initiatives as needed.
Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work with internal teams, external agencies, suppliers, and partners to create effective digital experiences.
* Build strong relationships within the organization to support campaign development.
Education, Skills, and Experience
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing agency, non-profit, or fast-paced corporate environment.
* Knowledge of the fundraising landscape.
* Degree in Marketing or related field.
* Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.
* Experience managing email campaigns, digital content, and social media.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email management systems, and CMS platforms.
* Strong IT skills, especially MS Office Suite.
* Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
* Experience with Google Ads, SEO, Search Console, and website management.
* Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
* Understanding of Web Accessibility principles.
* Experience with setting up A/B/N tests in digital platforms.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
