In this role, you'll manage claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.
You'll work closely with customers, brokers, and service providers to deliver a positive claims experience, while helping to detect potential fraudulent claims.
Key Responsibilities:Manage claims from notification to closure.Handle phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.Ensure claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.Work with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.Provide technical advice on claims processes and next steps.Requirements:APA qualificationInsurance experience in customer service or salesClaims handling experience (preferred)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently, meet targets, and maintain high standardsIf you're a team player with a passion for claims and customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
