Salesforce Architect Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to drive strategic initiatives within the Credit domain, leveraging the nCino managed package. This role demands deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, development best practices, and leadership capabilities to mentor a high-performing technical team.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for architectural leadership, mentoring junior developers, solution design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architectural Leadership: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enforce best practices and platform guidelines.
* Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor the Salesforce technical team within the Credit domain, ensuring alignment with the strategic Credit Change agenda.
* Solution Design & Delivery: Own the technical design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the Salesforce Credit Engineering function, fostering innovation and efficiency.
* Effort Estimation: Provide accurate effort estimations and constructively challenge estimates to ensure realistic planning.
* Code Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews across projects, guiding junior developers to adhere to coding standards and development processes.
* Certifications: Preferably hold multiple Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer I and Application/System Architect.
* Technical Proficiency: Expert in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Salesforce Flows.
* Integration Expertise: Skilled in Salesforce integration patterns and proficient in working with Salesforce APIs.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across teams to ensure successful solution delivery and stakeholder alignment.
* Communication & Presentation: Possess excellent communication skills to articulate technical and functional concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Organizational Skills: Strong presentation and organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Self-Management: Self-driven with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute work independently.
