CSA Site Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced CSA Site Manager to lead and manage complex, large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on civil, structural, and architectural works and will be responsible for ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End CSA Oversight: Manage the entire CSA project lifecycle, from initial groundworks and foundation to concrete structures, steel erection, and architectural finishes.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate on and implement robust project schedules, resource plans, and budgets specifically for the CSA scope of works.
* Operational Control: Coordinate all on-site activities pertaining to CSA, managing subcontractors, ensuring timely materials procurement, and implementing stringent quality and safety controls for all Civil, Structural, and Architectural packages.
* Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage site personnel and subcontractors focused on CSA, fostering a high-performing and safety-conscious culture.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and all project partners concerning CSA progress and deliverables.
* Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor progress, identify potential risks in CSA delivery, and implement effective solutions.
* Quality & Safety Champion: Ensure unwavering adherence to all quality standards, specifications, and leading health & safety practices for all civil, structural, and architectural operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager or a similar senior construction management role with a strong focus on civil, structural, and architectural works.
* Deep expertise in Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction methodologies and practices for large-scale projects.
* A track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-faceted construction projects with significant CSA scope on time and within budget.
* Exceptional leadership, motivational, and problem-solving skills tailored to construction site challenges.
* Comprehensive knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and a proactive, leading-by-example safety mindset.
* Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities for diverse site and client interactions.
* Proficiency in relevant project management, planning, and scheduling software.
